What information is required to tell So Energy of a bereavement
To ensure a smooth process, try to have the following information on hand when notifying So Energy of a death:
- Date of death
- Copy of the death certificate
- The deceased’s So Energy account number
- The deceased’s contact information, including address
- Your name, contact information, and relationship to the deceased
- Up-to-date meter reading
