What information will you need to report a death to Student Loan Company?

Student Loan Company asks that you provide the following information:

  • original death certificate
  • original coroner’s interim certificate
  • copy of coroner’s certificate stamped by the coroner
  • copy of a foreign death certificate

Once you have informed Student Loan Company of the death, they will take the necessary next steps. Should they require more information, they will contact you.
