What documentation will M&G Investments ask me to provide?

You should have the following information available when you contact M&G Investments:

  • The full name, address and date of birth of the deceased
  • The policy number(s)
  • Their date of death
  • If you know of a Will
  • Who has been named as the executor and their contact details – don’t forget, if this isn’t you, that you will need to receive their permission to be able to pass on their details
  • Any next of kin, and their details – again, if this isn’t you, that you will need to receive their permission to be able to pass on their details

What happens next?

M&G Investments have their own processes to follow, and they will be sure to keep you well informed as to what they are doing at every stage.
