What documentation will I need to inform Centrica Pension Schemes of a death?

As with most pension schemes you may need to provide the following information:

 

  • The member’s pension scheme account number
  • The deceased's National Insurance number
  • The deceased's personal details, including the date of death

What happens next?

Once you have sent the notification, a member of the Centrica Pension Schemes bereavement team should be in contact.

Death certificate or interim death certificate (scan or photograph)
