What documentation do I need to notify Co-op Membership Card?

You should have the following information with you when you contact them, especially in the first instance:

 

  • The Co-op Membership Card Number
  • An email that was associated with the Card
  • Full details of the deceased
  • Contact details of the person dealing with the Estate – if this is not you, please ensure you have their permission to pass on their details
