What documentation will I need to notify Britbox?

Britbox asks that you provide the following information:

The username and log-in details of the deceased, as well as a copy of the death certificate.

It would also be advisable that you decide in advance whether you want the account closed, or if you want it to be transferred to someone else.

A member of the Britbox bereavement support team will be in touch, to inform you of the next steps.
