- Date of Death
- Full name and usual address
- Death certificate or interim death certificate (scan or photograph)
- A piece of photographic ID, such as a passport of driving licence, to upload and verify your identity. (scan or photograph)

What Documentation will you need to notify Veolia Water of a Death?
Veolia Water requires you to provide the following:
- Name of the account holder
- Customer Reference Number
- Property address
- A copy of the Death Certificate
- Evidence of Will beneficiary
- Up-to-date meter reading
