What information is required to tell ITV Hub of a bereavement?
ITV Hub asks that you provide the following information:
- Email address and full address details for the deceased (including postcode_
- Their date of birth
- Copy of the death certificate
- Contact details of the person dealing with the Estate; remember, if this is not you that you should gain their permission to pass on their information before doing so
- If you are asking for the account to be switched into another person’s name, you should include their full details, including date of birth, email address to attach to the account and their payment information – again, if this is not you ensure that you have their permission to pass on their information before doing so
